Main aim

These measures are designed to deal with suggestion and complaints made by the recipient of the service in order to communicate with them and know their dissatisfaction with the progress of the transaction procedures or style offered through or any other observation as well as to take advantage of the suggestions and ideas for improvement and development of the funds service and performance constantly.

How to make suggestion and complaints

1- The owner of complain and proposal can make suggestions or complaints via special e-mail address for funds service proposal as below.

Note: Under the instructions of our bank your complaints are not received from the Yahoo website.
